As i always keep on describing about relationship and its impact on our personal life, here i can describe some secrets about the girl or any woman are noticing in men rather directly or indirectly, but as the question above there are no specific number about their observation. But yes do remember that girls are more matured than boys as they know and care a lot about their family since they get their own maturity. Without wasting much time here we go the girls observation about the boys.

Care:how much caring guys he is? simple and most preferably important things every girl want to know from day to day talking with him we can call with daily conversation with him by asking him the question about her mom, her thoughts about women etc. Rather sometime she can watched him how he talked his family members on phone as well.

Matured and Responsible: How he is enough matured? do he know the career he choose is more important to him or he just wasting his own parents money by coming to school. Did he really interested in his career and passionate about his dream and doing hard-work for that. She can easily find it out by looking at his daily behavior. How much time he invest in study, library, his mark-sheet, progress in business or in school etc.

Nature: Again as i described above apart from care she also like to know how much lovable guy is this among our crowd, friends, family and society. That totally depend upon his nature. Whether he is good in cracking joke means good sense of humor he have, whether he is calm and sincere boy etc.

Respect: Girls are more sensitive than boys and also can identify the boy nature and expectation of guy through his eyes directly, remember girls are very sharp and smart. Love or lust in your eyes they can easily find out. While talking to you how much respect boys are giving to her, care about her etc. Important thing is that be a good listener, if you are good listener that will show that how you respect her, every girl in fact every person in the world like good listener.

Style: Style means you dressing sense, talking style, walking style, physical attitude, presence of mind, maturity towards the things etc. Those all are girls always noticing briefly while with you and when around you. The way you talk win her a lot remember this thing.
