Frankly speaking every woman know herself better, she mainly concentrate on her priorities rather the thing which not exist in her mind. If this proposal comes from the person who know her in that situation age might think over it but if directly come from the unknown person like it happened in college, school her first reaction is ewwww are you fine mr???. Every woman around us is compose before approaching her you first need to consider her liking, disliking, mood, the situation from where she came, her nature and many more things. If you are her best friend, colleagues or nearest dearest person then she think a lot on your proposal and provide you positive or negative feedback. So its totally depend upon all the qualities and nature her.
As i always describe in my each topic that woman heart and trust are like glass of house so you have to learn first how to take care if its broken then sorry guys its never attached, as you all know once trust is base and heart is pillar of relationship. So first try to understand her, then respect her, then listen her issues, opinion about you, family and society then only go ahead and tell the way you like about her. Treat her on certain occasion, shows maturity in your talking and behavior, your care must be reflect in your behavior as well, make her smiley and spread that happiness around her which create positivity among your relationship and she love your company more and more.
Its not tough but not that easy as well to identify whats going on in her mind.
